The Founder

As a former professional football athlete i’ve learned a lot along the way. The passion for football; the mental game between teammates, opponents, player agents and clubs; the importance of recovery and many more small details. On your way to your potential, you will get tested physically and mentally. I played with the best players from my generation and saw that big or small injuries and decisions can make a difference in your football development. Since the day i started playing professional football, it became clear that without the proper tools and right environment, it’s nearly impossible to stay at the top of your game.
